Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for same-day fulfillment
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces through daily 5S practices
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
