Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment operation
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity goals
- Organize and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
- Pass background check/drug screen
