Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to daily schedules
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect and sort incoming shipments for quality control and compliance
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet productivity goals
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
