Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in temperature-controlled zones
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment (certification training provided)
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and maintain quality control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace organization principles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification not required)
- Reliable transportation to L St NW location
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
