Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and track inventory using handheld scanners to maintain stock levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on equipment and report any safety hazards immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure workplace.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Equipment Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory tracking and order picking.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as business needs require.
