Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using handheld scanners
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones following safety protocols
- Pick and pack orders with precision for timely shipment dispatch
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized workspace to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued photo ID required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Wichita facility
