Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy within ±1% tolerance
- Load/unload freight trucks using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM) with occasional holiday shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
