Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort inbound inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders for same-day shipment
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse zones per safety protocols
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift operation training included)
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
