Responsibilities
- Execute precise order picking and packing for weekend fulfillment runs
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless weekend loading dock operations
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation and quality control inspections
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
- Uphend 5S workplace organization standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or distribution experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Strong problem-solving abilities in high-volume environments
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
