Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and responsibly
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to South Boston facility
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
