Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and warehouse safety standards
- Collaborate with team to meet weekend shift productivity targets
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and stocking merchandise
- Document warehouse activities using digital systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (6 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
