Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders according to quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces through daily cleaning routines
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Flexible schedule availability (Sat/Sun shifts)
