Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory counts and assist in cycle count activities
- Load/unload trailers efficiently while adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Perform quality checks on outgoing products to prevent returns
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic math proficiency
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
