Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and package goods in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment with OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to 5S methodology for workplace organization and cleanliness
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Participate in monthly safety training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Seaport District location
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team setting
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) and occasional overtime
