As a cornerstone of our fulfillment operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate inventory management and timely order processing. This position offers growth opportunities within our expanding logistics network and includes comprehensive training on our state-of-the-art warehouse management systems.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management software
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Load/unload trucks while adhering to OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment discrepancies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
