Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Manage inventory counts and stock replenishment in a 50,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled facility
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for material movement
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Assist with cycle counts and quarterly audits
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Reliable transportation to Seaport District location
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
