Responsibilities
- Safely unload, sort, and package inventory in climate-controlled facility
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts as scheduled
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM Sat/Sun)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
