Responsibilities
- Manage inventory flow through receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety certifications
- Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspace standards
- Support loading/unloading operations using proper material handling techniques
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable weekend availability (mandatory Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
