Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on loading/unloading
- Assist in quality control inspections
- Participate in 5S workplace organization
Qualifications
- 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF systems
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with strong communication skills
