Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage receiving, storing, and shipping operations while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely delivery while maintaining quality control standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure system accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required (we train!)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be available for consistent weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
