Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently to meet daily KPIs.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan, track, and verify inventory accurately.
- Perform pick, pack, and ship operations with a focus on minimizing errors and damage.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock organization as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to read shipping labels and logs.
- Forklift certification is preferred but we offer training for qualified candidates.
- Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
