Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages using RF scanners and automated systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training available)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Assist with quality control inspections and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to Harbor View Drive facility
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred but not required
