Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory records through WMS system
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Support monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (no evenings)
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
