Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Operate handheld RF scanners to accurately record inventory movements and stock levels.
- Package and prepare goods for shipment, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse aisles and storage zones to optimize workflow.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we offer training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Forklift certification (Class A/B/C) or willingness to obtain one.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
