Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure on-time delivery.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and update records.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Perform light maintenance on equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to the Nashville facility.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
