Responsibilities
- Load, Unload, and Process: Safely load and unload trucks, verify inventory, and prepare orders for distribution using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and stock within the warehouse, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and ensure stock levels are aligned with company standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines, and report hazards immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime if needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- License: Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
