Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise for distribution with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Package and prepare items for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Forklift certification (if applicable to role).
