Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
