Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move stock throughout the facility.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counts, stock checks, and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.
- Truck Loading/Unloading: Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring cargo security.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage before packing and report any discrepancies immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with consistent hours.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly; ability to stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic math skills and ability to read shipping labels, barcodes, and pick lists.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred.
