As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution center operates smoothly. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy of inventory counts.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Assist in warehouse organization and layout improvements.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
