As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory is processed efficiently and accurately. We offer a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts, check-in shipments, and update inventory records in our system.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare, package, and label products for shipment, ensuring all safety standards are met.
- Load & Unload Trucks: Physically load and unload trailers in a timely manner using proper lifting techniques.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all outgoing orders meet quality specifications.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting and recording inventory.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly for safety instructions and team communication.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
