Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment to meet daily KPIs.
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organization of storage areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
Qualifications
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on accuracy and detail in fast-paced environments.
- Equipment Proficiency: Current forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
