As a key part of our operations, you'll ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment while working alongside a supportive team. Weekend shifts typically run Saturday-Sunday with morning/afternoon options available. Full-time opportunities may arise for top performers!
Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and documentation in our WMS system
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines including PPE usage and equipment operation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive training!
- Must be available to work both weekend days (Saturday & Sunday)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and documentation systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation to our Mesa facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
