Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Pick/pack orders with zero-error precision for client fulfillment
- Maintain organized inventory systems through cycle counting
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Document warehouse activities and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as scheduled
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
