Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation in a 50,000 sq ft facility
- Inspect and prepare outbound shipments for regional and coastal distribution routes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend productivity targets
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and workplace safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 1+ years warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
