Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for shipment with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in inventory management.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide full training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and documents.
- Flexibility to work weekends and willingness to take on overtime shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
