Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Manage inventory with precision and accuracy
- Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Report equipment issues and safety concerns immediately
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
