Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inventory with speed and accuracy using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and report discrepancies immediately.
- Package, label, and prepare items for shipment via truck, rail, or parcel carrier.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform regular quality checks on stored goods to ensure inventory integrity.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
