Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move products throughout the facility.
- Load and Unload Freight: Efficiently receive and ship merchandise, ensuring accuracy and meeting strict shipping deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Packing and Labeling: Properly pack and label orders for shipment, ensuring all safety regulations and customer requirements are met.
- Keep the Workplace Safe: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines, keep work areas clean and organized, and report any potential hazards immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure the flow of operations remains uninterrupted during peak weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday - Sunday) and flexible shifts.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
