Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and pack orders to meet daily shipping targets with minimal errors.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to OSHA safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a consistent attendance record.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
