Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely while maintaining OSHA compliance
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report equipment issues immediately
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper material handling techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
