Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize weekend shift workflows
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Ability to work overtime as operational needs arise
