Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and implement cycle counting procedures
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Prioritize weekend shift tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Optimize warehouse space utilization through strategic pallet stacking and organization
- Document all activities in real-time using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sat/Sun)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse technology
