Responsibilities
- Accurately package, label, and ship products using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to ensure stock accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to quality control protocols for all outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for forklift operation)
