Responsibilities
- Manage inventory through accurate receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality control
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctual work history
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Proficient in using warehouse technology systems
