Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and accurately process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision for same-day shipping
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy within WMS
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient workflow and space utilization
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends during peak seasons
