Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to company policies and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
