Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Manage inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment safely (forklift/pallet jack)
- Inspect and package goods to prevent damage during transit
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Process inbound shipments and update inventory systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule including occasional overtime
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check
