Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for same-day shipment
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and audits
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Adhere to all safety protocols including OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
