Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for same-day shipping fulfillment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks with proper equipment operation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification (training available if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
